Marcel Beermann has joined the company effective immediately as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In recent months, ARCUS Greencycling Technologies has made significant progress in developing its technology and has laid a solid foundation for the company’s future growth. In light of the upcoming growth phase and the forthcoming financing rounds, ARCUS is focusing on strengthening its executive team.

Marcel Beermann has more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing, as well as in purchasing and sales. In various leadership roles, particularly in the chemical industry, he has successfully managed numerous transactions and growth phases. His extensive expertise will help ARCUS implement its upcoming development initiatives in a structured, professional, and sustainable manner.

While Marcel Beermann assumes overall responsibility and focuses on financial matters, the existing management team—comprising Daniel Odenthal, Marco Tomasi Morgano, and Julian Odenthal —will remain unchanged in their respective areas of responsibility.

By strategically expanding its management team, ARCUS is deliberately focusing on continuity and strategic reinforcement. Together with its shareholder, the SÜLZLE Group, ARCUS is thus laying the groundwork for the next phase of development and clearly positioning itself for the upcoming growth and financing initiatives.
