Feasibility study on a pilot plant scale

Feasibility studies for your waste streams
We would like to provide you with a detailed understanding of the ways in which your waste streams can be returned to the cycle through chemical recycling. To this end, we, together with our university research partner, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, feasibility studies on a pilot-scale by and comprehensively characterize all products and evaluate them in terms of their potential for further use.
At ARCUS, results are what matter: This gives us a clear picture of the usability of the pyrolysis products we produce, allowing us to reliably assess their potential applications in the petrochemical industry.
The studies include, among other things:
- Conducting pilot-scale reactor tests
- Preparation of closed energy and mass balances
- Determination of carbon conversion rates from waste to pyrolysis oil and gas
- Comprehensive analysis of the main products to ensure marketability and usability
- Analysis of all byproducts, such as wastewater or particulate matter, to ensure they are safe
This is how we ensure that your waste streams can be integrated into the chemical recycling process efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
