Material flow analysis

For ARCUS, this marks the start of the critical preparation phase: We conduct a detailed analysis of the chemical composition and physical parameters. Based on this analysis, we determine which material streams are suitable for the next validation steps, both in small-scale and large-scale trials.

The goal is to gain a broad understanding of the various material streams and thus obtain a clear overview of the individual waste streams. In the next step, we will work with you to make the final selection of material streams for the feasibility study at the pilot plant.

The analysis includes:

  • Physical and detailed chemical analysis of the waste
  • Comparison of the composition with the ARCUS database
  • Assessment of the suitability of the waste for the ARCUS process

This ensures that only the appropriate waste streams are included in the validation process, paving the way for successful implementation.
